Meet Our Team

Monica Sneath Program Director

Monica Sneath is thrilled to step into the role of Program Director at SBHANA after serving as Program Coordinator for the past three years. She brings a strong background in program management and community engagement, along with a deep personal connection to the disability community.

As the parent of a child with spina bifida and hydrocephalus, Monica’s lived experience has given her valuable insight into the unique challenges and strengths of individuals and families in our community. Her daughter’s journey, and the legacy she left when she passed away at 22, continue to inspire her passion for advocacy, support, and creating meaningful opportunities for others.

Monica is committed to building programs that empower members, foster connection, and ensure that SBHANA continues to be a place of belonging and support. She is excited to carry forward the association’s mission while exploring new ways to serve and grow with the community.
