Monica Sneath Program Coordinator

Monica Sneath is new to the position of Program Coordinator, but is not new to our organization. Monica has volunteered with the SBHANA for over twenty years in various roles; including co-founder and Camp Director for Camp Freedom for 17 years, Vice President for 10 years, Co-chair for two National conferences and helped organize and plan many social events and fundraisers.

Kim McDonald Program Director

Kim McDonald has a long history of working in adapted non-profits in Edmonton. Formerly the Executive Director of the Paralympic Sports Association, a adapted sporting organizations. She is currently the Program Coordinator for the Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Northern Alberta, Kim oversees the development of programs and initiatives that assist individuals living with spina bifida and hydrocephalus and their families to lead a empowered life, that is supported with programming, funding, education and support. Her son, Corey, has spina bifida and hydrocephalus, so she is well versed in all aspects of living with someone who has a disability and has learnt over the years how to advocate for what is needed.
