CAMP FREEDOM HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID 19

Dear membership and Camp Freedom Campers,

After careful consultation with our Camp Director, Cindy Smith, Camp Counselors and the SBHANA Board of Directors we have made the difficult decision to cancel Camp Freedom 2020 that was scheduled for August 2nd to 5th.

Following increased and overwhelming concerns about the COVID-19 virus, we felt this was the best way to proceed during such an unprecedented global situation. We are very disappointed that we are unable to hold Camp Freedom for our SBHANA membership and for our great Camp Counselors, who return every year to support the campers and to ensure they all have a wonderful time. But we know it is the right decision based on the information we have today.

Stay safe and if you have any questions regarding this decision please contact the SBHANA office at 780-451-6921 or by email at info@sbhana.org.

Reminder there is the Support Fund that offers $1,000 of support to our membership. This is for everyone in the SBHANA membership to use and if you have an extra expense are, having a difficult time please contact the office and we can discuss ways to help.

Thank you all for your understanding.
